Charlie retired from the Tulsa Police Department after nearly 30 years of service with the Tulsa, Oklahoma and the Coronado, California Police Departments. He is a decorated Viet Nam Navy Veteran with four wartime tours of duty under his belt prior to becoming a Police Officer. His extensive experience as a Senior Patrolman in Tulsa led to supervisory assignments at the Tulsa International Airport and to an Administrative Fleet and Equipment Management assignment, a position he created and filled until his retirement. His active involvement with Public Safety Vendors, Civic and Public Sector entities provided a wide experience base for his subsequent position as V.P. of Ultimate Survivors, Inc., an Oklahoma Corporation dedicated to personal and corporate safety and crime prevention, where he served as a senior lecturer and self defense instructor. As Sr. Partner of Intelligent Consulting Solutions, LLC, he utilizes his wide government and industry knowledge and contact base for the benefit of Client Agencies and Vendors.
